General requirements and expectations for all positions:
- Limited positions for 14 and 15-year-olds. (Cashier only)
- Must be at least 16 years or older for most positions.
- Must be 21 and over for bartending.
- Must be dependable, honest, and hardworking.
- Must be available for any shift, including working days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be friendly and interact with park guests in a courteous manner at all times.
- Wild Water West does NOT tolerate no call’s, no shows. Missing shifts of any sorts.

LIFEGUARD

- Must be 16 to apply!
- Starting pay $16.00 an hour.
- No experience necessary. We will train you to be a lifeguard!
- Make sure swimmers are having a safe and fun time while following our rules! Enforce pool rules in a friendly and professional way. Respond to water emergencies of all types!
- Returning guards get a pay raise!
CONSESSION’S

- Cashier Positions are open to 14 and 15 year olds
- Must be 16 years old to operate kitchen equipment and prepare food
- Starting pay $14.00 an hour.
- Responsible for serving quality food and beverage in a timely and courteous manner to each guest
- Returning employees and supervisors will start at a higher hourly rate
- **This position does not serve alcohol
PIT CREW

- Must be at least 14 to apply!
- Starting pay $14.00 an hour.
- Run and operate Go Karts, Batting Cages, Bumper Boats, and Mini-Golf!
- Help guests get the best out of our Adventure Park!
HOSTESS/HOST – ADMISSIONS

- Must be 14 to apply
- Starting pay $14.00 an hour.
- Ticket booth sales and guest services
- Bag check, gift shop, locker and golf ball rentals
- Returning employees and supervisors will start at a higher hourly rate
BARTENDER (21+)

- Starting pay $9.10 an hour plus tips!
- In order to be a Beer Server you must be at least 21 years old
- We are looking for energetic people who are outgoing and can work in a high paced environment. Duties include: carding each patron in exchange for a wristband, working on a POS System, and making sure stock is full.
CAMPGROUND STAFF MEMBER
- Must be 21 years old or older
- We are looking for energetic people who are outgoing and can work in a high-paced environment
- Salary is based on experience and availability
- Full-time or part-time positions available
Maintenance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Full-Time Maintenance Technician for year-round employment. This position supports daily operations in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in keeping our park running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include: • General maintenance of park attractions, buildings, and equipment • Troubleshooting and repair of pumps, motors, electrical, and plumbing systems • Preventative maintenance and quick response to operational issues Qualifications: • Maintenance experience required • Strong understanding of pumps and motors (hands-on experience preferred) • Ability to work in a high-paced environment • Filtration systems hands on experience • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently • Able to handle all variations of weather • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Training will be provided Full-Time, Year-Round, availability for weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
